Our goal was to use the freshest ingredients while still offering quality, quantity and affordability. It took a bit of time to get our custom ground pure beef formula perfect, but we've been using the same mouthwatering blend ever since.

I was surprisingly disappointed with my order this evening...My burger was extremely overcooked, the french fries were squished and there was a piece of paper with the onion rings (needless to say that they were thrown out)...

These guys' burgers and sliders ROCK! Every once in a while, you get that craving for a totally decadent cholesterol bomb (not that this place doesn't serve healthier fare),and this place delivers. The Mexican Potato Skins are highly recommended, but only if you're in the mood...

a chicken baldouni sandwich was a way of life. However, the price increase combined with the portion decrease has saddened me. I used to get two meals out of this, now one. It's still good, but for this kind of money....not so sure I'll keep on ordering.

The wings are a huge disappointment. The nachos are decent but they do grill chicken very well. The fries are soggy when it gets here but we are pretty far from the restaurant. Overall, great diner, a bit expensive, but overall, good place to get salad and sandwiches.

I love these burgers. There are so many options and the beef is delicious. My orders show up in 15 minutes and the portions are pretty large. I would definitely recommend Jackson Hole, so give it a shot because you will at least have a tasty meal.

The veggie burgers are good. Don't try to customize or special order anything - it doesn't go well. If you're ordering straight off the menu, you'll be pleased.

I had the Pecan Pie. It was probably the worst pecan pie I have ever had. Way to sweet with a strange after taste. They get two stars because their whipped cream was AMAZING. They also have decent burgers.

Love their food. Their burgers are awesome but sometimes come a little rarer than expected. Weekends when they get busy can take longer to get orders but still super awesome place.

The best hamburger in NYC, hands down. What confuses me, though, is that I always ask for pickles on the side and they give them to me very rarely. Seems a bit stingy of them.

I've only ever ordered the Grilled Chicken Salad from here, and I really loved it. I had them remove the mushrooms, and add grilled onions and feta, and they were able to accomodate (which is saying something, because most people mess up that order). The salad was great, possibly big enough for two meals. I look forward to trying more items on the menu.

I have been a big fan of Jackson Hole for a long time...the burgers are deliciously greasy and the fries will not disappoint. But make no mistake this is no health food restaurant...but if you are looking for really solid comfort food this is your place!

I got the regular hamburger, and it was just that--a regular hamburger. A bun and a piece of meat, and the bun was kind of softened by the time it got to me. I didn't feel that what I got was worth the money I paid.

This food was so overpriced and absolutely DISGUSTING. I literally could not swallow a single bite of the chicken sandwich, it was slimy and tasted awful. I would not suggest anyone order from this overpriced establishment

The Rustler Sandwich - Steak was chewy, mostly fat, warm to the touch. Coleslaw & Potato salad were meshed together, so I didn't know which was which. Most of the meal was fairly bland and flavorless. Do not recommend.

Terrible burgers, often undercooked (Med-Rare does not mean cold and red and raw in the middle), with no seasoning to speak of, on a squooshy bun that is far too delicate to stand up to said burger. Ah, then there is the delivery. My office orders from them once in a while. We've never gotten a delivery in less than an hour and the food always arrives lukewarm at best, with stuff missing. I honestly don't understand why they keep ordering from here. It's pretty much a guaranteed lose/lose.

The burgers here are really big and pretty tasty. That being said, sometimes the bun suffers during transport and arrives in a soggy mess. I find that if you order just the burger and not the combo (fries, onion ring, etc), which are okay--but not fab--the bun is spared the soggy outcome and the burger is much more enjoyable.

AWFUL! Delivery took an hour, the mozzarella sticks had NO CHEESE inside, the wings were MINIATURE, and the steak sandwich was a DISGUSTING hockey puck of bad meat. I had heard this place was good, but I will never go there or order from there again.

Went to the well one too many times. My burger with guacamole and onion came cold with a disgustingly soggy bottom bun. The other 2 before it were great though. We'll see if i can get past it and order again. Not soon.

Although the burgers we ordered were good, everything else was bad. All of the sides we got were cold and soggy. Unless you only want burgers, I would not recommend this restaurant.

I got the bacon cheeseburger with the add on of steak fries. I was expecting a smaller burger but I got a nice tasty large fat burger with real bacon. The meat of the burger actually tasted like real beef made into a homemade type burger, not your typical flat patty. The fries were not as crispy as I would have hoped but that is a personal preference. For those who like more potato than fried steak fries, you'll be happy. The food came in about 46 min, which is longer than it stated, but they did travel 5 streets and 4 aves and the food was good. I give my stamp of approval.

My order arrived over 30 minutes after the estimated maximum time they listed (it took a full hour to get our food). The food was cold and soggy by the time it arrived. I will not order from Jackson Hole again.

Burger is not good! I ordered the Western burger, which was a giant ball of unflavored meat with a paper thin layer of cheese that I could see more than taste and the "bar b q sauce" was more like bad sweet and sour sauce from a low rate Chinese joint. Maybe you are just supposed to drink at Jackson hole and not order food.

Good, not great, burger. Soggy fries. Delivery service was filled with mistakes. Took over one hour. They forgot one of the meals ordered. Of course, they volunteered to send the replacement. Unfortunately, that took ANOTHER hour! Jackson Hole is a NYC institution. However, based on my experience, I think I'll skip delivering from there.

I got the wings. It was 9 bucks for 12 wings, they were the most disgusting buffalo wings I have ever had. I didn't know that wings could be that small and so poorly prepared.
